On the iShapePolicy homepage, click the 'Login' tab at the top right-hand side of the screen. Under the 'password' entry you will find 'forgot password?' By selecting this, iShapePolicy will email the user a new password which can be changed by the user.

The iElectTM application has a proprietary matching engine which automatically weights a user's answers against those of the candidates, allocating a score against candidates who share similar views to the user. Unless the Candidate has responded directly to iShapePolicy or if there is no information available in the public domain, iShapePolicy will always provide the underlying information/citation for a candidate's views.
We are responsible for managing the site and providing the most up-to-date information. However, the information we match against is taken from the public domain - in 100% of occasions, we are matching against citations from the candidates. iShapePolicy is not liable for the information it presents.

Yes. Visit 'Profile' and select 'Delete Account' at the bottom on the profile box.
You cannot reactivate a deleted account. However, you can sign-up again and create a new account.
